Governor, Secretary of State Team Up on Victims of Domestic Violence Law

FRANKFORT (AP) — Kentucky’s Democratic governor and Republican secretary of state recently teamed up to quickly implement a new state law aimed at protecting domestic violence victims from their abusers.
