FFA Building Dedicated to Tivitt

Saturday, June 26, several generations of the Tivitt family gathered in Hardinsburg to celebrate the dedication of the new FFA Maintenance Building in memory of Alfred Edward “Slim” Tivitt. Slim Tivitt was the caretaker of the FFA Leadership Training Center from 1943-1975 and he and his wife Mabel lived on the property with their family.
